(Or, how I learned to weave what was already there)

There was a version of me — clever, fast-thinking, overflowing with layered ideas.

I could sense: the Patterns, Solutions, Insights, Processes instantly.

They weren’t linear; they were interwoven threads in my mind.

But when I had to speak about them? -The threads tangled.

I was just a someone with “potential” to others

but nothing concrete to offer.

Too abstract. Too internal.

And I couldn’t explain why my past work mattered:

→ Which moment was an “achievement”?

→ Which mistake counted as a “learning arc”?

→ How was I supposed to convert lived complexity into job-market clarity?

It wasn’t that I didn’t have the story.

I just didn’t know how to weave it.

I didn’t know how to turn those threads into a tapestry

others could see and believe in.
